WHAT YOU'LL NEED
1 Box Rotini
8oz Shrimp
3/4 Cup Caesar Dressing
1/4 Cup Bread Crumbs
Parsley, garnish
Oil
Garlic
Lemon
Salt and Pepper
HOW YOU'LL MAKE IT
Boil your pasta per box instructions and rinse with cold water, let completely cool in the fridge while you grill your shrimp.
In a bowl, add your shrimp and toss with oil, lemon, salt and pepper. Grill on each side for about 2 minutes and let them cool in the fridge.
While that’s cooling, heat up a pan on medium heat with a little bit of oil and add in your garlic and cook until fragrant.
Add in your breadcrumbs and cook until golden brown. In a bowl, add your pasta, shrimp and dressing and stir to combine.
Top with parsley and breadcrumbs and enjoy!
