WHAT YOU'LL NEED
Makes 4 Patties
1 pound ground chicken
1 cup of breadcrumbs
1/2 cup cherry tomatoes
1/4 cup of parmesan
1/4 cup of fresh parsley and basil
1-2 cloves of garlic
Salt and pepper
HOW YOU'LL MAKE IT
In a mixing bowl — mix together ground chicken, bread crumbs, finely chop the cherry tomatoes, do the same to the parsley and basil, crush and mince your garlic. Mix all the ingredients together and if they are still a little wet and sticky — add more breadcrumbs!
Form your patties and let them set in the fridge for about 30 minutes or so.
Grill on high heat for 12-15 minutes only flipping once.
Add your favorite toppings and serve with or without the bun!
