WHAT YOU'LL NEED
Recipe Yields 4 Patties
1 Pound ground chicken
1 Cup of bread crumbs
1/2 Cup chopped cherry tomatoes
1/4 Cup of parmesan
1/4 Cup of fresh parsley + basil
1-2 Cloves of garlic
Salt + Pepper
HOW YOU'LL MAKE IT
In a large mixing bowl- mix together ground chicken, bread crumbs, chop up the cherry tomatoes finely, do the same to the parsley and basil, crush and mince your garlic. Mix all the ingredients together and if they are still a little wet and sticky- add more bread crumbs! Form your patties and let them set in the fridge for about 30 minutes or so. Grill on medium-high heat for 12-15 minutes only flipping once. Serve with or without the bun! Enjoy with pesto, tomato sauce and mozzarella melted mozzarella cheese!
