WHAT YOU'LL NEED
1/2 pound frozen shrimp, raw
1-2 tbsp Cajun seasoning (use your favorite)
2 tbsp olive oil
HOW YOU'LL MAKE IT
Thaw out your shrimp, a quick easy method is to run lukewarm water over them and they will thaw very quick. Pat shrimp dry and toss in seasoning and olive oil. If I’m cooking them on an outdoor grill I will skewer them which makes the grilling process a lot easier, but if you have a grill pan and want to use that you can just throw them on there. Preheat your grill and make sure it’s nice and hot, cook shrimp for about 2 minutes per side, let cool and then let them chill in the fridge for about half an hour. Serve with cocktail sauce or mix together some cajun seasoning with mayo.
