WHAT YOU'LL NEED
2 Peaches
2 Avocados
2 Jalapenos
1 Small Red Onion
1/4 cup chopped cilantro
Juice of 1 Lime
Salt to taste
HOW YOU'LL MAKE IT
Prepare peaches by cutting them from their pit. Preheat your grill to about 425 degrees F and grill your peaches for about 3 minutes per side, and add your jalapenos as well. Once the skin of the jalapenos starts to char, remove them and let them cool. Once everything has completely cooled, dice and chop up all your ingredients, add to a bowl and mix everything together, add salt to taste. Serve with fish or on avocado toast, also great for dipping! Enjoy!
