WHAT YOU'LL NEED
1 Bag Whole Rainbow Carrots
2 Cloves of Garlic, minced
1 bunch of thyme
2 Tbsp honey
1 Tbsp water
2 Tbsp olive oil
Salt and Pepper
Thyme, for garnish
HOW YOU'LL MAKE IT
Preheat your oven to 425F. Mix together your honey and water until fully combined and slowly add in your olive oil while whisking, then add your minced garlic. On a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, evenly spread out your thyme across the baking sheet. Lay your carrots down on top of the thyme and then brush each
carrot with honey mixture. Bake for 35 minutes flipping halfway through and brushing with honey mixture again. Perfect Thanksgiving side dish to add to your table.
