WHAT YOU'LL NEED
3 Cups AP flour
2 Tsp active dry yeast
1 1/2 Tsp salt
1 1/2 Cups warm water
1 Cup chopped green and kalamata olives
HOW YOU'LL MAKE IT
Mix together the dry ingredients in a mixing bowl. Add in your water, make sure it’s no more than 105F or else the yeast will die and your bread won’t rise. Stir together until a dough forms, add a little flour if it’s too wet and fold in your olives, only if you like olives. Transfer to a greased bowl and cover with plastic wrap and a damp tea towel. Let sit in the fridge for 24 hours-48 hours. Once dough has fully risen, take it out of the fridge and form dough into a ball. Preheat your oven to 450 F with the Dutch oven preheating inside the oven. Once preheated, spray with cooking spray, add your dough cover and bake for 30 minutes, remove lid and let bake for another 10-15 minutes. Let cool and enjoy!
