WHAT YOU'LL NEED
2 Chicken Breasts
2 Cups Chopped Romaine
1/2 cup croutons
2-3 Tbsp.Caesar Dressing
1 Tbsp. Siracha
2 Large Tortillas
Chicken Marinade Ingredients:
2 Tbsp.Balsamic Vinegar
1 Tbsp.Olive Oil
1 Tbsp.Lemon Juice
Salt + Pepper
HOW YOU'LL MAKE IT
Start by marinating your chicken, let marinate for an hour or two in the fridge. Grill chicken, about 7 minutes per side and let rest for 7-10 minutes to cool down a little bit so you don’t wilt your lettuce. Chop your romaine lettuce into small pieces. In a large mixing bowl add Siracha and Caesar dressing, throw in your lettuce and croutons, I crush the croutons up a little bit so you can get a little crunch in each bite. Cut up your chicken and add to your mixing bowl, mix together until everything is combined. Add half of your mixture to one of your tortillas and wrap it up, repeat with the other. Enjoy!
